Crucial MX500 SSD – Crucial for every PC in need of a SSD *Pun Intended*

<![CDATA[Crucial MX500 SSD – Crucial for every PC in need of a SSD *Pun Intended*
The Crucial MX500 2TB SSD was obviously produced by Crucial. Crucial is a branch of Micron Technology Inc. They were founded in 1978 by Ward Parkinson. They are located in Boise Idaho and are known for their SSDs, Flash memory, RAM, ect.

Overall this SSD is well built to start. It is durable (which i would hope for in a $500 SSD). I did a little research, and Crucial’s Website and Amazon both has 4.9-5.0 Stars over close to 200 reviews. They all talk about buying this product to upgrade their speed and I must say it does just that and more. I had a lot of success with this SSD and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Crucial MX500 2TB SSD

As you can see from the picture it looks as any ordinary SSD, but it feels solid and would be hard to break, this is essential for any SSD considering how expensive they can be.

HyperX Fury 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4 Review

HyperX Fury 4GB Ram

Example of the RAM being used

HyperX is a very big industry when it comes to gaming. They are mainly known for headsets and are a branch of Kingston, in other words, HyperX is the high-preformace product of Kingston Technology. Most of HyperX’s products are choice of top-rated gamer, tech enthusiasts, and over clockers world wide.
Recently I got my hands on a few sticks of HyperX Fury 4GB RAM . I purchased them from New Egg and they came in pretty fast. It also came with a life time warranty which is really a plus. The sticks I got run about $169.99. This is definitely very expensive, especially for a 4GB stick of RAM. One cool feature is that this RAM will auto-detect your hardware and over clock accordingly to it.
Here is a video showing off what the RAM looks like:

Specs:

 • Amount: 16GB (1 x 16GB)
 • Generation: DDR4
 • Speed: 2400MHz
 • Channels: Dual
 • CL: 15
 • Timing: 15-15-15-35
 • Access Time: 6.5 ns
 • Voltage: 1.5 V
 • ECC: No
 • Warrantee: LIFE TIME!

Overall this is a solid stick of RAM. Its fast, it has a life time warrantee, and is HyperX. The only problem is the price, is only 4GB worth $169? unless you are building a fast home PC with 2 of these, I do not see another reason to get these, there are definitely other buying choices for a lot less just as good in my opinion.

AMD RYZEN Threadripper 1900X Blog Review

<![CDATA[I recently was fortunate enough to get my hands on an AMD RYZEN Threadripper 1900X. This thing is a monster of a CPU, I mean just look at the case it comes in! Ranking very highly at the top of its class. This is definitely one of the best AMD CPUS’s up to date. It may cost $549.99, but you definitely get performance per dollar. This CPU is mainly for people who don’t have a low end budget for their PC.
This CPU is made for an sTR4 Socket. It also has 8 cores, and 16 threads. For the L1 Cache it has 768KB, for L2 it has 4MB, and for L3 it has 16MB. For Operating Frequency, it runs 3.8-4.0 GHz. The one down fall i found, which is not a big problem at all, would be the fact that it doesn’t come with a fan/cooling system for it, so that would be needed to buy desperately.

 • Socket Type: Socket sTR4
 • # of Cores: 8
 • # of Threads: 16
 • Cache: L1-768KB L2-4MB L3-16MB
 • Operating Frequency: 3.8 GHz
 • Max Turbo Frequency: 4.0 GHz

Overall, this CPU does more than get the job done. I have had no problems with this at all! I would 100% recommend this to anyone without a small budget because it is $549.99.

MSI X399 SLI PLUS sTR4 AMD Review

<![CDATA[I recently review the MSI x399 SLI PLUS sTR4 AMD. This motherboard is going to run about $340. It does come with a mystic light sync setup which allows you to change the lights to fit your wants. Visually, it does look really cool, and looks like a monster with the Max Memory being 128 GB’s. I am not quite sure why you would need 128 GB of RAM, but if you do, then this mother board is for you. I think this mother board would be pretty good for gaming, especially if you have a clear case, it mainly depends on what your looking for. It does have a sTR4 Socket on it, so its not gonna be a cheap mother board by any means. This would not be for you if you are on a budget gaming pc build, but would fit your needs on a costly pc build for sure, but keep in mind you might be able to find some other mother boards that give more for their money. Overall is a great motherboard and would recommend to anyone without a budget looking for a gaming motherboard with a sTR4 socket.
