The ASUS ROG Strix Z690-E Gaming motherboard is a great gaming motherboard for gaming, it has a LGA 1700 CPU socket that supports Supports 13th / 12th Gen Intel Core Processors with an Intel Z690 Chipset. It has 4 memory slots for 288 pin DDR5 supporting 32GB which is roughly 128GB of data which is good for storage but the memory over clocks from 5000gb/s to  6400gb/s, and 4800gb/s is the only speed it doesn’t over clock at. It also contains a 1 x PCI Express 5.0 x16, 1 x PCI Express 4.0 x16, 1 x PCI Express 3.0 x16, 1 x PCIe 3.0 x1. It has 6 x SATA 6Gb/s; the PCI, PCIe, and PCI Express are best used for expansions that allow you to install a wide variety of expansion cards including: Graphics or Video cards and Sound cards. It has multiple USB plug in ports, an Intel I225-V LAN chipset that runs at 2.5Gbps, a HDMI port, 5 x Gold-plated audio jacks, and Bluetooth, a ROG SupremeFX 7.1 channel Surround Sound High Definition Audio CODEC ALC4080. Lastly it has a limited warranty period (Parts) and a limited warranty period (Labor) both lasting 3 years.

the ASUS ROG Strix Z690-E Gaming Motherboard has a 4.2 Egg rating on Newegg.
