XLR8 Gaming EPIC-X RGB™ 3600MHz Desktop Memory review

This is the XLR8 Gaming RAM

XLR8 Gaming DDR4 RAM (2x16GB) – A Budget Powerhouse

If you’re looking for high-performance memory that won’t break the bank, the XLR8 Gaming DDR4 RAM (2x16GB) kit is a standout option. With a total of 32GB, this dual-channel setup is perfect for gaming, content creation, and multitasking-heavy workflows.

  • Speed: Clocked at 3600MHz, it delivers fast and responsive performance, ideal for modern AAA titles, productivity applications, and even light rendering tasks.

  • Voltage: Efficient power usage at just 1.35V (standard for high-speed DDR4, not 1.3V), helping reduce heat output and overall system power draw.

  • Form Factor: Standard 288-pin DIMM design, compatible with most DDR4 motherboards.

  • RGB Lighting: Comes with built-in RGB, adding style and personality to your rig. It’s usually compatible with most major motherboard lighting software (like ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, etc.).

  • Performance & Compatibility: Being DDR4, it offers widespread compatibility with both Intel and AMD platforms (including Ryzen), and still performs excellently even in the era of DDR5—especially considering its price-to-performance ratio.

Why it’s a Great Buy:

At around $60, this kit offers a lot of value. While DDR5 is the new standard, it’s still relatively expensive and often doesn’t offer noticeable performance benefits in real-world gaming for most users. If you’re building a budget to mid-range PC, this XLR8 RAM provides more than enough power without draining your wallet.

Whether you’re upgrading an older system or building a new one on a budget, this memory kit hits the sweet spot between performance, aesthetics, and affordability.

SP 1TB SSD 3D NAND A55 SLC Cache Performance Boost SATA III 2.5″ 7mm

The SP 1TB SSD NAND is one of the greatest SSDs money can buy for the price of $47.97, and being it is 1TB it is worth getting of course. It’s still an SSD, so it has a limited life; however, it has a 3-year limited warranty, it might not be the best warranty but for it’s price and amount of space it is a extremely good choice for gaming off of while being a very small and compacted drive, yes a hard drive would hold more but they also take much more space and run slower when choosing a drive either hard drive or SSD you ether have a drive that is vulnerable to shaking but holds tones of data but runs slow or a SSD that runs fast can survive a shake or a drop but can die faster than the hard drive and hold less data but over all for this SSD it is the best for it’s price.
